How do I book an appointment?
 
Contact the department on 0121 424 3004, Monday to Friday between 08:30 to 16:30 hrs.

What if I need to change my appointment?
 
To re-arrange your appointment please contact the department on 0121 424 3004 by 10.00 a.m. the previous working day, otherwise the appointment will be recorded as a DNA* (did not attend). or email [email protected].

How long will my appointment last?
 
  • Immunisation(s) - no longer than 15 minutes
  • Skin Assessment - no longer than 30 minutes
  • Lung Function Test - no longer than 30 minutes
  • Management Referral  - OH Physician no longer than 30 minutes
  • Management Referral – OH Nurse Advisor no longer than 60 minutes

How do I self-refer to Physiotherapy?
 
HEFT staff can self-refer for fast track physiotherapy on all 3 hospital sites. There is no need to contact the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Department to arrange an appointment.

How do I access confidential emotional counselling and support?

Do you have disabled access?
 
Whilst there is wheelchair access at all our sites, if you have any special requirements that you feel we should be aware of it is advisable that you contact the department in advance
